For a one night stay, the clean, tidy room and comfortable bed did the job, and the location made it easy to find dinner. Reception was friendly and helpful. The Wi-Fi was quick and reliable, and the table and small desk area were useful for getting work done. The three chairs were a problem, though: old, stained, and so collapsed and uncomfortable that I had to pile up cushions to sit and work. Breakfast starts at 6:30am, too late for me to try. They can leave a very basic continental breakfast the night before, but if you're heading out early, I'd grab something at a nearby supermarket.

Nicole was so lovely and welcoming, and we really enjoyed our night here. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, plus an incredibly big spa bath. Breakfast was beautifully cooked, and the service was five star. We'd definitely book again. Highly recommend Country Gardens!! Thankyou 😊

The pub across the road serves a nice meal, which makes overnight work trips more enjoyable. I've stayed here several times and haven't been disappointed: service is friendly and efficient, the rooms are very clean and well appointed, and it's great value for money.

I booked the Executive Spa Room for an overnight trip, and it didn't disappoint. This has to be one of the best motels I've stayed in, maybe the best. Everything was A1.
10/10
It's a convenient spot, with the local pub within walking distance, food and a small shopping centre two minutes away, and a large shopping centre a five minute drive. Check-in was easy, the staff were very friendly, and the overnight rate was good. The room was clean and well appointed. The bathroom's old school, but very clean and tidy. I'll be coming back every week.
