The team even helped us organise the power and water hookup, so getting settled was easy. When we arrived, someone had parked a car on our site, but staff dealt with it straight away and without fuss. Everyone was genuinely helpful, and the customer service was outstanding. We had a fantastic stay at BIG4 Traralgon and would happily return.

There was plenty to keep the kids busy, even though the pool was being cleaned the day we arrived. They tried laser tag, played two rounds of mini golf, drove the carts, and enjoyed the play room and train ride. Our family of five stayed one weekend night in a family cabin. It was well equipped and comfortable enough that we could easily have stayed a few days. Reception was good, and we had a great time.

We liked it so much that we added an extra night. The staff were lovely, and with my superstition about numbers they kindly moved us to a Family Cabin. The place has beautiful trees and gardens, plus activities and facilities for all ages: Laser Tag, indoor and outdoor play areas, a jumping pad, ropes course, mini golf, a licensed kiosk and fire pits for cooler months. I’m in my 50s, and parks certainly didn’t look like this when I was a kid. Would definitely come back.

The kids had a good time and there was plenty for them to do, but the photos made the place look better than it was. Some activities cost extra, which I hadn’t realised when booking. The pool was tiny and the water quality very poor. Our family cabin had a comfortable living area, but the bedrooms and bathroom were cramped. It was dated and had a serious bug problem. There weren’t enough supplies for a week, the cooking gear wasn’t usable, and we didn’t have enough blankets. Getting towels changed was difficult. Staff were okay, though not especially friendly. Not a terrible stay, but it could have been a lot better.
