Ingenia Holidays Kingscliff

Ingenia Holiday Park Kingscliff made our family stay, including our four-legged family members, feel really welcoming. It's great to find a place that's genuinely pet-friendly while keeping things comfortable and clean. The team were positive, passionate, and committed to making the stay memorable, and the atmosphere is fantastic for families. Facilities were spotless, there was plenty of space, and the coffee van in the morning and food trucks in the evening were lovely extras. We had an amazing, relaxing break and will definitely be back.

Our family studio was a super cute cottage split into three units, with a comfortable queen bed and single bed. The kitchenette had a jug, toaster, electric frypan, plug-in hotplate, crockery, cutlery, and saucepans, plus a small table and two chairs. The water pressure was biblical, a welcome relief after hours in the car, and the toiletries were good quality, animal cruelty free, and free of weird chemicals. The whole place was spotless, and the quiet, efficient air con was great. The park has a nice family vibe. Check-in was seamless, and the friendly reception staff kindly let me check out late. My only little suggestion is to add blockout curtains to the window. They're on the door, but the roller blind lets that pesky sun in earlier than I'd like. Otherwise faultless, and I'll definitely be back.

A quiet place with lovely, friendly guests, and being pet friendly is the cherry on top. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Special mention to Jess, who checked me in and seemed to find nothing too much trouble.

A lovely, quiet little park for the holiday season, kept really neat and tidy. It looks like they had a pizza van on Thursday nights, and the pool area looked amazing.
