The management were welcoming, relaxed, and lovely to deal with. The beds were great, the place was very clean, and the location was wonderful. We got the homemade sausage rolls, and the pate and crackers were so moreish. I'll definitely be back, and highly recommend it.

The friendly service made us feel at ease in our room, and you can see the care in small touches like the cups being chilled in the fridge. Jane at the front office was lovely, and her cute dog was a treat to meet. We stayed one night and had an amazing experience, including the homemade brownies waiting for us on arrival. I'd definitely recommend this for an affordable, clean stay.

It's not a new facility, but it was very clean, with comfy beds and Wi-Fi. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we got complimentary brownies and local milk when we arrived. It had everything we needed for one night.

We'd stay here again in a heartbeat if we're passing through Victor harbour. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the owners were warm and welcoming. They even moved us into a family suite for our group of three adults. After the long drive from Warrnambool, the chocolate brownies and a cup of tea in our room were just right. The best surprise was Bruce, the owners' four-year-old Boxer. Such a playful, entertaining goofball. My husband had bought a Mickey Mouse ball for our grandson, Ollie, but gave it to Bruce instead, and that kept all of us amused for ages. I would absolutely recommend this lovely motel.

Hubby and I stayed two nights and had no complaints. The room was a bargain, and as good as or better than rooms at pricier motels. Jan and Bruce were friendly, down-to-earth hosts. Everything was within walking distance, so why stay somewhere else?
