The location is great, but the house is older and wasn’t properly cleaned. It was dusty, and the backyard was overgrown, so it wasn’t much use for the family. We also saw a black snake there. For what we paid, the owner needs to do some major renovations. I’d look elsewhere for accommodation in Vincentia.
