My partner and I are fussy about places to stay, but St Hugh’s hotel was beautiful. The rooms were lovely and clean, and the staff were especially kind. The location, easy parking, and smooth check-in were all great too. We don't come to Wagga often, but from now on we'll stay here when we do. Sophie deserves a special mention for being such a friendly, accommodating hostess. You're amazing! I'm already looking forward to another trip to Wagga and hope we can return soon.

The bed is outrageous and the rooms are perfect, but this feels like a winter hotel. The AC is terrible, and you'll be sweating more than you do at home. Don't bother with the suggested “control panel”; I woke at 12:00am drenched, like I'd had a free detox. Even so, among the options in Wagga this is still your best bet for a newer room. Just don't book it in summer.

We had a great stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the location was handy. The staff were really friendly and made our holiday feel extra special. We'd definitely come back.

We only stayed one night, and the location worked perfectly: just moments from the Main Street for shops and restaurants, and a short walk to the pub. The hotel was lovely, with beautifully renovated, sparkling clean rooms and a great coffee shop onsite. I'd happily stay at St Hugh again.

After a long day on the road, those really comfortable beds were such a relief. We stayed one night as a family of four in the family room, and the place was spotless and modern. It felt like a five-star hotel for the price. We’ll absolutely stop here again when travelling between Melbourne and Sydney.
