The location is good and the staff were pleasant. Still, for the price, the room condition wasn’t worth it. The bed linen had several dirty marks, the air con smelled stale, and the cutlery was unclean. The shower gel bottle was completely empty, though the shampoo and conditioner were full.

We slept well in Room 11, which was clean, comfortable and looked freshly renovated. The location was great and the manager was helpful. The only drawback was the lack of light by the fridge and hanging space, which made that area a bit gloomy.

I went for breakfast and was told it finished at 12. When I pointed out that it was 11.45, the staff member changed the closing time to 11.45. I wanted two full breakfasts and had to go somewhere else. The staff were rude and abrupt. A dreadful experience.

The place is centrally located, and having the IGA right next door is very handy. Check the website for the best prices.

The rooms were lovely and clean, with plenty of space despite having two armchairs, a small table and a large-screen TV. There’s a microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, mugs and a nice supply of tea, coffee and sugar. The bathroom was good and the shower had great water flow. The location is great, just a short walk to Whalers Hotel, the main food street and the RSL. Lovely motel!
