Reception was so kind when we rang about checking in late, and the cabin was warm, comfortable, and easy to find. We only needed somewhere for one night while travelling interstate, and booked on the day. It was a relief to find a place available at short notice that could fit our family of five. Five stars for being so accommodating. Hopefully we'll come back for a proper holiday. Thankyou ❤️☺️

Dimitri was friendly and accommodating, and the food was the best I've had on tour. The gluten free choices could be labelled more clearly, though. Reception wasn't always staffed, but we didn't need much, and the team really went out of their way to make our school group feel welcome. Dimitri's a real asset to the company. We'll be back!!!

The place and rooms seemed nice, but the night was freezing because the heater didn't work, and there was no hot water either. I tried the after-hours number and got no answer or call back. The beds were really uncomfortable too. I was staying with my two children, and the customer service was very poor.

We all slept well, and the beds were clean and made up. The rooms were very clean too, with a fridge, microwave, and stove that all worked. There were eight beds across the two bedrooms, which was a lot more than we expected for a simple one-night stay with mates. We also had a radio in the room, nice background music to relax to. Pretty amazing for a "2-star motel." These photos were taken before we left.

For a school camp it was alright, and the beds in our cabin were fine. My sheets seemed clean, despite other reviews mentioning dirty ones. Cleaning could've been better, though. There were gummy bears under my bed and they looked like they'd been there ages. The food was okay, but the breakfast eggs were bland and could use work, maybe the rice could be less dry too. The hash browns tasted good, sadly they gave me food poisoning. I got that sorted in the bathroom, no more details.
