We saw heaps of wildlife, especially after dark: wallabies, pademelons, brushtail and ringtail possums, brown and barred bandicoots, long nose pottaroos, and plenty of birds. The place is only a few minutes' drive from 7mile beach, which is well worth seeing. We stayed both after arriving and before departing, and it's very quiet despite being close to the airport. It's tucked into a beautiful bush setting, so watch for the small signpost at the junction, as it's easy to miss. The accommodation feels luxurious, with comfy beds, big bathrooms and a tasty breakfast included. Try the jam. There's generous parking, and you can stay in the main building or a garden cottage. Both are lovely. The hosts were wonderfully friendly and helpful. I'll definitely return when I'm back in Tazz.

The room was lovely and had everything I needed, though there was no mini bar. It's a beautiful, quiet spot overlooking woodland despite being close to the airport. They also offer personal airport transport at a reasonable price, which was a bonus. Totally recommend it.

Booking was easy, and the host was very friendly. The bush setting is peaceful, but shops and restaurants are still close enough. My only downside was the bed, which I didn't find very comfortable.

Donna and Miles were friendly hosts, and the breakfast was lovely. Clean and very comfortable, and just right for our late arrival in Hobart. Thank you.
