Breakfast on the veranda, watching the sun come up through the fog over the valley, was the highlight of our stay. The bed was very comfortable, with lovely ironed linen, and I had the best sleep. The oil heating warmed the place quickly on an extremely cold night, everything was clean and worked well, and the shower was awesome. A great night's stay at a very reasonable cost. Just take care on the slightly wonky ramp to the veranda.

We first came for the King Valley Challenge and had another great stay. It’s a good place to get away from the city for a while. The place is neat and clean, with the pub an easy walk away and the bigger wineries a short drive. Thanks, Nathan. It was our first time in the King Valley, but we’ll be back to try the new vintages.

Nathan's Place felt relaxed and homely, and the lemon tree in the little side yard was a nice touch. The surroundings are beautiful for walks and bike rides, and the house was very clean. Loved it.
