The keypad lock means there’s no chance of locking yourself out. Check-in was really easy, and the motel is right in the heart of town. Our room was big and clean, with comfortable beds, a great bathroom, and good facilities. The pool looked nice, but the morning was still too chilly for a swim. Just what we needed on an interstate road trip.

A clean, comfortable stop on the road, and I’d definitely stay again. The bathroom was spotless, which was a delight to see. Check-in and check-out were both very easy with the automated system. Highly recommend if you need somewhere to stay.

The only thing I’d suggest is offering a late checkout, perhaps until 11 am. I arrived very late, in the early morning after a few things delayed me, so an extra bit of time would have been nice. That’s my only complaint, which is unusual for me. Thanks for a pleasant night. My room was private, with parking right by the door. It was clean and had the basic supplies you’d expect in a budget room. I was pleasantly surprised by the very clean bathroom, since that’s usually my motel dealbreaker. The hot plate and full-size fridge were an unexpected bonus, and the bed was comfortable. The TV worked, its remote had batteries, and there was a vending machine for emergency snacks. There’s also a pool and laundry on site, though I didn’t use either, so I can’t comment on them. I thought the location was good. It’s about a kilometre from the highway, with petrol stations and places to buy food nearby. The next morning I saw a coffee van up the road, and there’s a nice park nearby with a lake, play equipment, and facilities. I booked after speaking on the phone with a helpful, friendly, lively gentleman who was working remotely from Bundaberg. He knew his stuff, and that conversation made me more comfortable about staying somewhere without a person at the desk. He’s an asset to the company. I might even headhunt him one day. Ten out of ten service.

The rooms were clean, and the online booking was easy. You can check in whenever you arrive and leave just as easily. I really appreciated having enough milk portions for the whole family to make a hot drink before bed.
