John at reception is a big part of why I keep coming back to this Wodonga/Albury local for work and personal trips. He’s so helpful and kind, and knows the area well. It feels like a homely welcome every time. The rooms are meticulously clean, and the aircon can be set very cold or left warmer without making much noise. Thanks for making my stays so relaxing.

Both of our stays here have gone smoothly, and we’d happily recommend it. The location is quiet and the price is reasonable. Rooms and the building are very clean, with excellent air conditioning, bedding, and bathrooms. Staff are courteous and helpful. Five out of five.

The restaurant next door serves good quality food, and check-in was a pleasure with helpful, easygoing front desk staff. This is a fantastic brand-new place. The only downside was noise from guests with kids next door, who started being loud at six in the morning. People need to remember that guests come to places like this to rest, not listen to kids screaming.

Ash’s professionalism and attention to detail made a real difference. They handled requests quickly and made me feel welcome, with a level of genuine care that’s rare. Quest Wodonga is lucky to have someone of his calibre, and a business can’t afford to lose staff like that. The rooms were clean and the atmosphere warm. Impeccable service, highly recommended.

It was easy to get dinner and drinks after a long drive, since Quest adjoins the Huon Hill pub. We were travelling overnight from Sydney to Melbourne, and Summer at reception kindly upgraded us from a studio to a one bed apartment. We’ve stayed here before and definitely recommend it.
