NRMA Woodgate Beach Holiday Park

Our Fraser Coast-Hervey Bay Probus Club Inc group had such a pleasant time here. The grounds around the cabins and caravans were well looked after, and the camp kitchen had good cooking facilities for the meals we shared. Happy hour was a lot of fun, too. It’s good value for money and a great place to visit.

It was busy over the long weekend, but everyone camping there was friendly and considerate, and the kids were having a good time on bikes and scooters. We’d booked a powered site between the amenities and communal kitchen for a relative’s birthday. The site was tidy and well maintained. The bathrooms are a bit dated, which didn’t bother us, and they were clean and worked fine. There’s an onsite laundry, $5 a load, dollar coin operated, with washing lines as well. The kiosk has essentials in case you forget something, and family members got breakfast from the small cafe a couple of times. The coffee was pretty good. There’s also a vending machine in the outdoor communal kitchen, handy for a late night sweet tooth.

Everything was clean and tidy, and fully self contained. The friendly welcome at reception carried through to the front Cafe staff, and the whole atmosphere was lovely. We’ll definitely make this a favourite holiday destination.

The park’s kept really clean, and the little cafe right out the front adds to its great feel. We had an incredible stay at Woodgate beach with our dog, who was welcomed with a doggy bag and allowed on the courtesy buses to both the bowls club and the beach hotel. The beach stretches right along, too. We can’t wait to visit again! Thankyou Woodgate beach NRMA ☺️
