The deck was a great place for the family to gather, and our dogs were welcome too. The yard is fenced, and the house is perfectly situated between the beach and river. Totally awesome place for a holiday, our family loved it and we’ll definitely return. 10 out of 10.

The deck is unreal, and the house has loads of character in a perfect location. When something unforeseen meant we had to reschedule once, Cathy was really helpful. Thanks very much, top weekend.

We got the lovely few days we were hoping for at Blue River Shack. The river view from the outdoor area was great for relaxing, and the property was in a super location. Inside, it was nicely furnished, thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, and really well maintained. Thanks, Rod and Cathy.

The kitchen at Blue River Shack was the best we’ve experienced while staying in Wooli, with everything we needed to cook up a storm. A coffee machine would be my one suggestion. Rod and Cathy were incredibly friendly and easy to deal with, and their excellent communication made everything seamless. We stayed over the Christmas-New Year period and found it an ideal little family getaway. Beach access was just a quick walk one way, and the river across the road was perfect for a paddle or throwing in a line. We highly recommend Blue River Shack for a family holiday, with a lovely place to relax, explore, and make memories.

Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived, and the house stayed very comfortable throughout. The location was perfect. An amazing place, highly recommended!
