We spent the long weekend at the farmhouse with two other families, and it fit all 13 of us. Jodi was so friendly and clearly passionate about the place. The kids loved feeding the Alpacas and chooks, and we were given some free-range eggs too, such a treat. The huge trampoline was the kids' highlight. The men enjoyed using the woodfire to warm the place at night. Thanks, Jodi and Jim, for a wonderful, memorable stay. The kids didn't want to go home!

The carriages were just right for our couple of nights, and it was lovely being so close to town while still having peace and quiet. Jodi was warm and friendly, and our dog enjoyed watching the kangaroos and other animals from a distance while on the lead.

We were the only guests during our stay, and the hospitality was wonderful. Our puppy had a great time too. The cabin did need a deep clean, though. There were lots of cobwebs and it was very dusty, and the furnishings could do with replacing.

It was a pleasant two-night break from the city, in a nice part of the State with good access to the South West and its attractions. The modest accommodation worked well for young children, and firewood was readily available as needed from April to October. We were told the Cottages, Carriages and property would be cleared and redeveloped, which explained their appearance. The spa bath was faulty and we weren't given any help with it. There was also structural damage that could be hazardous, with no apparent maintenance inside or around the cottage.

Jim, Jodie and Scarlet made us feel so welcome, and the wildlife was amazing. It’s still so close to town, too. Thanks for everything. We’re starting a new chapter in this beautiful part of the world, and this was a wonderful way to begin.
