This was the worst accommodation I've ever rented in Australia. There were no utensils, no soap in the bathrooms, and no dishwashers provided in the kitchen. Even after cleaning the rooms and washing the linens, you still don't get your bond back. All Joy ( Manager ) could say was that the bond covered carpet cleaning, at a provisional cost of $150 per room, plus roughly $30 to $50 for linen washing. Washing linens and cleaning carpets are your job, free of charge. Joy repeatedly said the carpet cleaning was $150, but after some people left, none of the carpet cleaners showed up. She did it herself and kept the bond, or $150, for herself. She still charged $30 to $50 even after you cleaned the linens. George, if you read this, all of this needs to be scrutinized. Please don't waste your money booking there.

I never had a problem with the staff members I met. The place itself is in rough shape, though, and George the owner will try anything and everything not to refund your deposit.

WARNING!! Don't stay here for cherry season. They haven't given your bond money back even if you've cleaned everything in your room. Worst accommodation I've seen in Australia.
