There was a fire in the building, and I asked for a refund because I didn't want to stay the remaining two days, but they refused. Even for room cleaning, you have to keep asking, and they still deny the service. The night receptionist was the worst, tried to scam me, and wouldn't provide the service I needed. The beds are old and creaky, the floors are dirty, and there's no hygiene. This was the worst experience in a terrible hotel. My advice is never to come here. They provide no service and act reluctant, making faces.

The hotel café on the first floor allowed hookah indoors, despite indoor smoking policies. Late-night noise was constant, and the rooms were smoke-filled, with a visibly dirty bathroom and mattress. There were no clean towels, and the room smelled of smoke and dirt. During a midday nap, aggressive knocking interrupted me. The cleaning staff were pleasant, and that's the only reason I can give this place one star. There were several problems from the start. Although I confirmed in advance, no room was ready when I arrived. I was told to return at 12:00, but it still wasn't available at 14:00. The promised free airport transfer never showed up, even though the driver had confirmed, and there was no apology or refund. Five different people photographed my ID and booking without my consent, and people also entered my room without invitation. Reviews on booking platforms may not match guests' real experiences, so I'd encourage potential visitors to check Google reviews for a more honest picture of the hotel's quality and service. I hope this feedback and more accurate reviews lead to improvements for future guests.

We left before finishing our stay, and they still haven’t refunded us. They kept telling us to come back the next day. The room was filthy, there was no heater for the shower, and the toilet wouldn’t flush. We reported the problems, but nobody came to fix them. We also asked for a blanket or duvet and didn’t get one.

We checked out in under an hour and moved to a nearby modern hotel. The room looked nothing like the website photos, and after paying at check-in we found it dirty, with an uncomfortable bed. We were a group of three; one person said their room had cockroaches, and there were lots of bachelors smoking nearby. The kids were coughing. We paid cash and regret wasting even that hour there. Please don’t choose this hotel.
