Badam d'Art Boutique-Hotel

The pool and garden were a lovely part of our six-day stay, and the rooms stayed clean, comfortable, and well cared for. Breakfast had plenty of tasty options each morning. The staff were kind and attentive throughout, and the whole visit exceeded what we expected. We loved it and will definitely return. Highly recommended!

The night views of Bali boulevard, flame towers and the city were magnificent during our family event. The Hotel's MD was friendly and helpful, and the food was exceptional, unlike anything we found elsewhere in Baku. The atmosphere felt beautiful and refreshing. From the location and views to the food, amenities and comfort, everything met the mark. I enjoyed every day here and would recommend experiencing it for yourself.

The convenient location was one bright spot, but the service and quality didn't come close to what I expected from a 5-star hotel. Breakfast was especially disappointing: the same food appeared each day, with hardly any choice, and even basic alternatives like eggs came with excessive charges despite breakfast supposedly being included. Mr. Najat, the manager, repeatedly pressed us for extra payments for different things. It left us feeling nickel-and-dimed for basic services and uncomfortable, as if tourists were being targeted for money. For these prices, there are better nearby options with real 5-star service. I wouldn't recommend staying unless the hotel makes serious improvements.

Necati, the manager, was especially efficient and did more than expected to make guests comfortable. The restaurant food was delicious, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious, and the hotel has a great location with amazing city views.
