The staff handled concerns quickly and were very accommodating, and the service was top-tier. My room was clean and well cared for. The hotel is also conveniently located, just a few minutes from Nizami.

Mr. Habib and Ms. Asema were always cooperative. The location is spot on, just 100 meter from Nizami Street and close to all the attractions. I’d love to stay here again and again.
Breakfast was awful and the same every day: undercooked hard-boiled eggs with shells sticking to them, stale bread, little variety, and mostly meat, so it wasn’t suitable for vegetarians. During the whole week, they only made the beds and never changed the sheets. There was barely any toilet paper, and mosquitoes in the rooms made sleeping uncomfortable. The reception staff were unfriendly, and the service was terrible. I can’t understand who gave this hotel four stars. We wouldn’t give it even one. Stay somewhere else. We booked a family trip with two balcony rooms, one for an elderly couple and the other for a couple with a pregnant woman and a one-and-a-half-year-old baby and stroller. We arrived at 6 a.m. after spending half an hour driving around looking for the hotel. It was tucked away down a narrow, sloped alley with a bumpy road made of broken, crumbling cobblestones. Each time we drove down, our car nearly got damaged. The hotel looked more like a hostel, unimpressive from outside, in the middle of a residential neighborhood with no parking. Inside, we found there was no elevator. The dining room was on floor -1, and our rooms were on the second floor. When we asked where the baby crib was, the receptionist said both rooms were the same and there was no crib, adding, “the baby will sleep with you in bed.” There wasn’t a baby bathtub either. The hotel isn’t accessible for elderly people, pregnant women, babies, children, or strollers. Nobody helped with the suitcases or stroller. After lots of arguing, the next morning they moved us to first-floor rooms, but those had no balconies, and we received no compensation.
During our Norouz holiday, we were pleasantly surprised by the employees’ high-quality service and behavior. The rooms had excellent facilities and were very clean, and breakfast was fine. The hotel is accessible to the city center. If you want good value for money, this could be a great choice.
The staff were kind and very helpful, and the location works well since everything is walkable. For the price, it’s absolutely fine. It’s a small hostel without a common area, but the rooms are adequate. Breakfast isn’t anything special, though it’ll keep you going until lunch.
