I’m very happy with my stay. The location was great, and the staff were really helpful, especially Subhan, Tural, Ulvi and Letafet.

The location was beautiful, but the service was so poor and the staff so unhelpful that I couldn’t give the hotel even one star, unfortunately.

The room wasn’t ready at the 2 PM check-in time. I waited 30 minutes, then another five, but it still wasn’t ready. I finally got in at 3 PM after a full hour. If they’d told me from the start it would take an hour, I could have spent that time doing something else. The wait was awful, and the front desk staff were unfriendly and completely incompetent. The room was unlike the photos on Agoda, with dirty, peeling wallpaper. It was near the front desk, so I could hear the staff talking, even after 1 AM, and again around 6 AM. I couldn’t sleep. Next door to the inn is an abandoned building where a family of cats lives. Their feces and urine haven’t been cleaned up, and the smell is terrible. This is the worst hotel.
