Days Baku Hotel

The staff are generally helpful and good, though the language issue seems to make them shy about interacting with guests. The hotel is a bit far from Nizami Street, so you'll depend heavily on taxis, which is why I took off a point. Breakfast was good and sufficient, but the bakery goods, including breads and cakes, are made elsewhere and served here, so they aren't fresh. I deducted a point for the food options. The rooms are spacious and well maintained, with no road noise, though I could hear staff in an office just opposite my room.

My husband stayed here before me and really enjoyed it. On my first stay, I found the service the best I've had in all Baku. The professionals are detail oriented, the amenities are great, and after a flight it was the one place that gave me peace of mind. The hotel basically has whatever you might need. On day three we didn't even leave the room because it was so peaceful and relaxing. There's a nice mall within walking distance. We used Bolt taxi, which took care of the location issue. If you hate small time hustlers, don't waste your money and nerves. Stay here for the spacious rooms, amazing prices, and the fact that all types of cards are accepted.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and breakfast was very good. We stayed here as a family and found it suitable for everyone.

The service was good and the hotel was nice. It is a bit far from the city center, though.
