The reception team was patient with me and helped us with our luggage, and the location was perfect. We slept like babies 😄 in a comfortable bed with warm blankets. The room was small but just right for two people. Breakfast was the best, always served with care, love, and great attention to guests' needs.
10/10
Breakfast had a good range of fresh, high-quality options and was delicious. The staff were friendly and professional, and everything from check-in through check-out went smoothly. The location made it easy to get to attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. Our room was spacious, spotless, and nicely designed, with the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. Empire Hotel exceeded my expectations, combining comfort, elegance, and a high level of service. I'd gladly choose it again on my next visit and recommend it to anyone looking for quality and a memorable stay.

A calm, pleasant atmosphere and clean, comfortable rooms made Hotel Empire Business Baku a great place to stay. The staff were welcoming and professional too. Convenient for business trips or a short visit, and highly recommended!

The receptionist and waiter were so friendly. Thank you both very much for everything. It's a magnificent hotel, and the breakfast is beyond words.
2/10
For 116 euros a night, this hotel was terrible. My room was dirty, the window was broken, and the bathroom was out of order, so I couldn't take a proper shower. I reported everything and asked to move rooms, but they did nothing and didn't even apologize, despite other rooms showing as available on the website. It also wasn't a 3-star hotel at all, despite how it was advertised on Booking.com.
