The convenient location made it easy to get around nearby areas, and the stay was good value for money. Check-in and checkout were smooth, and the staff were polite, friendly, and ready to help with a smile. Amazon Hotel Baku has been newly renovated and is well maintained. The rooms felt fresh and organized, with modern furnishings, comfortable beds, and all the facilities I needed. I'd happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Baku.

Every staff member we met was warm and kind, and they all did what they could to make our time in Baku enjoyable. Hikmat, the receptionist, was especially helpful and welcoming. And I can't forget Doctor Samira, who gave a great massage!

My session with Samira at Amazon Hotel was one of the best massage experiences I've had. She listened to what my body needed, adjusted the pressure just right, and used a smooth, relaxing technique that really eased my stress and muscle tension. She was attentive and professional, and created a calm, comfortable atmosphere. I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and completely relaxed. I'd highly recommend Samira as a skilled and caring massage therapist, and I'll book with her again.
