The central location and clean linens were the main positives. The room itself was very small, though, and although it was a double, we got just one towel, one tea bag, and one coffee bag. The carpet was very dirty, and the hotel overall wasn’t very good. At check-in they put us on the first floor. We asked right away for a higher room, and the receptionist said that was the only one available. That didn’t seem true, since Booking.com and other sites showed at least three similar rooms available for that day. The way this was handled ruined our mood and the whole stay. For the price, better hotels are available. I wouldn’t recommend it, as they don’t seem to care about guests’ comfort or convenience.

Ali Akbar was there to help with everything when I arrived in the morning, and he also suggested places to see around the city. He was so kind. I’ll definitely come to him next time I visit baku.

The daily breakfast was fresh and awesome, and the rooms had all the amenities we needed, including a balcony. The place is central, with an attraction or mall around every corner, and they also offer tour packages. The stay and tour prices were reasonable. I’d been scammed by another place on the day I landed. The hotel shown on Booking.com was filthy and smelly, with people lying around everywhere like a refugee camp. I needed an urgent 14-day stay, so I called nearby hotels and found Liberta Inn or Liberta Hotel. It completely changed my mood about hotels. Murad was especially helpful and friendly, as were the bald night shift guy whose name I can’t remember, the evening lady, cleaning lady rida, and tour guy nour or naseer. Everyone was great at their job. Thanks again to all the staff.

We had a great five-day stay. Mr. Eltac, Murad, and Elsou were helpful receptionists and spoke English well. Ms. Elrada, thank you for the warm welcome. We really appreciated it.
