Mercure Baku City

Raul at reception was especially helpful and professional, and made our visit even better. We had a perfect stay at Mercure Hotel Baku, with clean, comfortable, well-kept rooms and excellent service throughout.

The city views from the hill were beautiful, and getting around from the hotel was easy. Bolt taxis came quickly and were surprisingly affordable, so the distance from the city center never caused a problem. I enjoyed a lovely three-night stay at the Mercure in Baku. The friendly check-in team was ready to help as soon as I arrived, and as an Accor Elite member I received an upgrade to a spacious, comfortable, spotless suite. I also liked the fun, funky carpet.

We were traveling with friends and colleagues at Mercure Baku City, and the team made a difficult situation into a pleasant, memorable stay. They offered thoughtful gestures and arranged a meeting space where our group could work, which helped a lot. Elchin, the General Manager, was kind and professional. Gurshad, the Front Office Manager, and the whole team were supportive, flexible, and attentive throughout. We appreciated their hospitality and would gladly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Baku.

Jahid at the front desk helped me arrange a late check-out, which made leaving much easier. The hotel is modern and clean, with comfortable rooms and a welcoming feel. Its location is great for exploring the city. I had a great stay at Mercure Baku City and would recommend it for the service.
