The room was spacious and very clean, with a balcony overlooking the street. The location is great, close to public transport and within walking distance of nizami street, with everything you need nearby. The staff were so helpful and went out of their way to make the stay wonderful. They can offer early check-in if they have availability. Don't think twice, book this one.

We had a comfortable, very clean holiday, and all the staff were friendly and attentive. Special thanks to Ms. Maya.

The room looked as basic as the photos, but after four days here I wouldn't recommend this hotel. A foul smell lingered in the washroom. I reported it on arrival and asked to change rooms, but nothing was done. Instead, a staff member sprayed kitchen cleaner in the bathroom, even onto the towels, which felt shocking and unhygienic. Basic bathroom items were missing, including body lotion and dental kits, while the soap and shower gel were poor quality. I kept asking for dental kits to be replenished during cleaning, yet had to go to reception every day to get them. The bedsheets were never changed despite repeated requests. Breakfast was basic, with very few options, and not worth the price. Cleanliness, service and comfort all fell short of the basics.

The room we had, room 508, was very clean and well maintained thanks to Maya, who was friendly and accommodating. She could also speak with us in English 🫶. The hotel is easy to reach and close to the city center.

The staff are polite and the service is very good, and the rooms are good too. If you're a non-smoker, be sure to specify that before booking.
