The location is handy, with the Old City about a 30-minute walk away. We stayed for three nights, and the hotel is currently listed under another name on Google Maps: Baku Khatai Royal Hotel. It's nice and new, family-owned, and includes breakfast and dinner. The staff were genuinely kind and accommodating, and they even provided the airport transfer free. Highly recommended for a budget-conscious traveler.

It's really clean, and the breakfast is okay. I asked for a toothbrush and toothpaste about three times, but they forgot every time.

The reception was good, but the restaurant guy doesn't know English, and the prices are very high compared with outside market prices.
