The staff were friendly, and the cameras were good. The hotel’s also in a very convenient spot, close to the metro, shops, and restaurants. Breakfast wasn’t the best. There wasn’t much variety, and there weren’t many fruits.

The toilet was horrible, with smells coming back through the pipes. The same meals were served for all ten days, and there was only a limited amount of food. It felt like the staff were counting your calories. The staff didn’t know English and brought a negative energy. They didn’t treat guests as guests or meet their needs. Room service would open the door while guests were sleeping, even when guests were inside. Housekeepers gave at most one bottle of water, and asking for more could start an argument with you as a customer.

We were excited to try the hammam after hearing so much about the experience, and booked it online yesterday. The booking was confirmed. We messaged on WhatsApp today to check that everything was set, only to be told there was no availability for women, just men. That was a real letdown after receiving a clear confirmation. Instead of a relaxing experience and a good memory from our trip, we’re left frustrated with a poor impression. Hamambath should manage bookings better and make sure staff are trained to handle these situations professionally. This kind of mismanagement reflects badly on its reputation and leaves customers deeply disappointed.
