Sky Hotel Baku

I was very disappointed with this massage center. The staff may know how to give a massage, but their focus on customer satisfaction felt poor. I felt they used misleading offers and upselling to take advantage of foreign tourists, and cared more about selling services than making the experience comfortable or truly relaxing. I wouldn’t recommend the place.

I mainly went for the spa, where Aynoor and Nargis were very professional, and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Baku. Sky Hotel Baku also has friendly service, a good breakfast, and nice spa amenities, with comfortable modern rooms at mid-range prices. It’s a solid choice if you don’t mind being a little outside the city center. If you need a central location or flawless room conditions, you may prefer somewhere closer to the Old City.

I didn’t stay at the hotel, but my massage there was a really bad experience. I wouldn’t go back or recommend it.

I really liked the massage, 200%. The Hammam, though, was very bad and I didn’t like it at all. The guy working there seemed to just want to finish with the customer, without doing quality work. I had to ask him to use disposable tools, and he used items that had already been used without care for how that could affect people. You have to guide them and show them how to do the job.
