The view is good and the rooms are clean, but this feels more like an Airbnb than a proper hotel, with no proper restaurant or service. Breakfast is brought to the room, but it’s very limited and mostly cold. There aren’t any nearby restaurants, so eating out is difficult too. You can call reception to order food, but staff didn’t answer when we called, so you may have to go downstairs and ask. The in-house food delivery is poor and expensive, and water costs a lot by hotel standards. Overall, it isn’t good value for money.

My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the hotel’s atmosphere made the stay even better. The staff were kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout. Ella deserves a special thank you: I was fasting for a day and missed breakfast, so she thoughtfully arranged a complimentary meal for me at sunset. That meant a lot and showed real care. Thanks to the whole team for such an enjoyable stay. I’d happily return and recommend the hotel.

Staying at Hilltop Hotel Qusarda was a really pleasant experience. The nature views made it feel truly restful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and attentive. I’ll definitely choose this place again.
