The staff were friendly and very hospitable. The room is small, and parking is difficult, but the hostel is right in the centre, about a minute from the Mostar Bridge. I recommend it to everyone.

I've never had a worse offer. The bathroom was dirty and in such bad shape that I wasn't sure I wanted to shower. They didn't even want to issue a bill, and their friendliness and welcome were so poor that I wouldn't give them a rating at all.

The service was friendly. Best regards.
