We booked a room well after reception hours and found it very clean and fully equipped. The staff were more than professional and kind. There's parking in a garage, and the beautiful beach is a two-minute walk away.

The hosts were soooo friendly and accommodating, and the place was lovely and clean, with good food and a great location. We had an awesome view from our room. It was quite small, though, and there was no hot water on the day we checked out. Even so, I'd happily stay again. I'd recommend getting an apartment rather than a room.

We had a great time here thanks to the lovely, funny owners, who made sure we were comfortable. The rooms were spotless and had a fridge and TV. The motel is great value, close to the beach, with parking underneath. There's a bar and restaurant with good food, and the bar TV was showing the World Cup.

We had breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the food was fine with plenty of options to choose from. The rooms were okay, the AC worked well, but the view couldn't be worse: just rocks outside the window, with no light getting into the room. The TV didn't work. We were on the top floor and couldn't get a Wi-Fi signal. The bath was dirty, and the toilet badly needed ventilation.

Wi-Fi was my main requirement because I was in Neum for work, not vacation, and the connection here was very poor. After a long discussion with the owner, I changed rooms to one on the first floor right next to the router, as you can see in the photo, but it still wouldn't connect properly. I've visited Neum many times and stayed at several other hotels, and this is the worst one so far. I have to admit the other things were nice for the price, but since my main need wasn't met, I can only give it 3 out of 5.
