Bosmal Arjaan by Rotana

Our apartment was large, modern, and equipped with everything we needed for a long stay. It felt like we could live there. The staff were very helpful and arranged transport to and from the airport for my family. There’s also a modern restaurant serving buffet breakfast. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back when I visit Sarajevo.

The apartment was very spacious and clean, though the windows were really dirty. Breakfast was okay, but a lot of the dishes were cold and could have been better.

We spent four days and three nights at BOSMAL, from 27-30Dec 2025, in apartment 0503 as part of a group tour, so time was tight. The room heater and washer dryer both failed. We arrived in the evening, turned on the heater, and put clothes for five people in the washer dryer before heading downstairs for a quick one-hour dinner. When we got back, the room was still freezing and the cycle had hours left. We had to sleep and leave by 8am for the next day’s tour. In the morning the clothes were still wet and damp, so we checked the settings and tried again while we were out. By evening they were still damp. We called for help. The technician who came checked the machine and showed us the same buttons we’d already pressed, but couldn’t communicate in English, so it was hard to explain the problem. He kept saying it was fine. We tried once more, and when it still didn’t work, we called reception for an English-speaking technician or someone to translate. The same technician returned with a staff member named Mirza. We explained the issue, Mirza translated, and the technician tested the machine. He confirmed the dryer was broken and wasn’t producing any heat. Since the washer and the room heater weren’t working, we asked to change rooms. Mirza handled it quickly and moved us and all our many belongings to room 0903. Everything worked well there. We were very pleased with his quick response and help. Thank you, Mirza. You made our last two nights easy. The apartment itself was very spacious, with clean floors, bedsheets, and toilets. Hot water worked in both the kitchen and bathroom, and at least one toilet had a bidet. The restaurant also served delicious dinners. We’d love to visit Bosnia again. It’s such a beautiful country. The place was spotless when we arrived, and housekeeping kept it in great shape throughout our stay. The rooms were comfortable, and the hotel is modern and beautiful inside and out, with a real sense of care in the details. The staff made us feel welcome right away, especially Suana, who was so friendly and helpful. The sauna team also stood out: they were professional, exceptionally kind, and gave us warm, lovely service. We had a fantastic stay at Bosmal Arjaan and will definitely return. I’d wholeheartedly recommend it.
