My friends stayed here for the four nights before my booking was cancelled. They said the hotel felt nearly empty and they saw perhaps one other person until the day they left, when a bus group arrived. That was also the day the hotel cancelled my reservation, less than 24 hours before I was due to arrive. They claimed someone at reception had booked the last room before my online reservation, despite confirming my booking nine days earlier. Avoid.

Breakfast wasn't ready on time in the morning. The room needs renovating, and getting to the top floor without a lift was a pain. I wouldn't stay here again.

Sarajevo was easy to explore from this ideally situated hotel, and our room was clean. The staff were helpful too. Breakfast could have been better looked after: the hot food was left unattended while the person responsible was on her phone.

We found a used, dirty scrubbing mitt right beside our luggage, and behind the sofa chair there was a crusty N95. The chair had a huge oil stain on its back, which we only noticed after folding it out to reach the socket. There was also a hole in the wall by the dresser with wires running through it. The bathroom smelled of sewage, and reception's advice was to pour water down the drain. Breakfast was the saddest of our whole trip: muddy-tasting coffee and five mediocre choices, bread, cereal, tomatoes and cucumbers, sausages, and eggs.

Just a basic hotel. The room's cooling machine was so loud that I had to wear earplugs. There was no toilet paper left either, so I had to go to reception to get some.
