We had a kitchen, private bathroom, and a spacious bedroom, and the room itself was good. It felt like a decent three-star hotel. I stayed for five nights, and the big plus was being right in the city centre, with the popular sights just a few minutes away on foot. Breakfast wasn’t included, though, and the nearby bars and restaurants made nights noisy, so sleeping well could be difficult. There was no reception for most of the day either, and the manager was only around in the morning.

The price was very reasonable, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. My room was comfortable and clean. Right in the centre and close to everything, this was one of the best hotels in Bosnia for me. I was really impressed and would definitely recommend it.

The two-bedroom room had plenty of space and all the facilities, and the location was fantastic. Communication with reception before and during the stay was great. One problem, though: even with the windows open, the room was too hot in January.

The room was spacious and clean, and the location was good. The listing said breakfast was included, but the kitchen was closed. I only saw an employee on the last day. The hallway got VERY dark because the energy-saving lights were slow to come on, and although the rooms were non-smoking, everything smelled of smoke.

The beds were comfortable, but that was about all we could count on. We arrived to an empty place with no staff, reception, services, or cleaning. Make sure you have the door code, since nobody will be there to greet you. The only living thing we saw was a little cockroach, looking just as lost as we were. Breakfast was no longer being served even though it was included in our booking. Parking was either unavailable or limited, cost extra, and was 10 minutes away. The only person to contact was the ghost manager on WhatsApp. With loud music from the busy street going late into the night, it felt like an expensive Airbnb. Competition is tough, but is this really what we want? That's a whole story...
