Some noise from the corridor came through parts of the room/apartment, though it wasn’t too bad. I spent 5 nights here and found the staff very friendly and ready to help at any time. The hotel itself was nice, with a good variety at breakfast from 07:00 to 10:00. You can walk to the center or use their car transfer, and they also offer a transfer to the Airport.

The breakfast was amazing, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, with a great view of Sarajevo. One thing to know if you don’t have a car: the hills up to the hotel are pretty steep. A small taxi fare will get you up easily, especially with lots of bags or luggage. Otherwise, I’d really recommend it.

The accommodation is pretty new and OK. The access road is very steep, but the garage is free. Ask for a room with a terrace.

Lejla at reception was wonderful with us and our daughters. She was kind, professional, and always ready to help, even with the smallest requests. Amra, the housekeeper, was fantastic too. When she looked after our room, it was always perfectly clean and tidy. On the days Amra wasn’t there, though, the cleanliness wasn’t at the same level. We had to contact reception several times over multiple days to get the room properly cleaned. It was a small inconvenience, but Lejla and Amra’s courtesy and dedication made our stay truly enjoyable. We’re especially grateful to them.

Breakfast was delicious, especially the fresh salads and fried dough bread. The rooms were extremely spacious and very tidy, with clean, lovely bathrooms. I really liked staying here.
