The balanced, healthy breakfast and the excellent location were great. We were a family of five, and my wife, all three of our children, and I had a lovely time at the ornament hotel and apartments. It felt like a second home, welcoming and comfortable. Being in another country can leave you feeling a bit lost, but here we felt part of the culture and enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere. I'd recommend it to anyone reading this.

Ornamet hotel is right beside the city center, and I had a really pleasant stay. Imran, the reception manager, was outgoing and easy to talk to. He arranged a cab from the hotel to the airport and gave us his top restaurant recommendations around the city. It was a truly amazing experience and accommodation, and I recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Sarajevo.

The facility was spotless, and Arslan showed us to our rooms, answered our questions, and wished us a great stay. He was an amazing, extremely kind young receptionist who treated my family and me so well. His English was fluent, which stood out after our experiences with staff at other hotels. We had an amazing time, and I’d recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Sarajevo.

There were three of us, staying here last month. We were close to the main sites and the tram, which made the location excellent. The rooms were clean, nice, and just right for our time in Bosnia. Hotel managers Imran and Aslan were amazing, helping us a lot with suggestions for Sarajevo and Mostar. Their hospitality was exceptional, and they spoke very good English too. I'd definitely come back to this apartment again and again.

The location was nice and came with a beautiful view. I stayed one night with my family and had a wonderful time. The room was cosy and nice, and I loved it. The kitchen worked like a buffet where you make your own breakfast and lunch 🥗 & 🍳. Definitely five stars.
