The balcony has lovely views, and it’s a nice spot to unwind after a full day. The house is in a great location, down a hill from the old town, though the walk is manageable. If the climb back feels like too much, taxis are easy to get and very inexpensive. There’s a roomy bedroom, but the shower room is tiny, and the toilet sits at an awkward angle. We only used the kitchen fridge, so I can’t say what the other equipment is like. Getting up the stairs felt more like climbing a ladder, which wasn’t easy with bags. Still, it’s a comfortable base for a stay in Sarajevo 😎

The apartment is comfortable and easy to stay in for a while, with a lovely balcony view and a safe neighborhood close to two markets. It’s near the center and has a fair amount of space. We cooked every day, and there wasn’t enough room to hold more than a few days’ worth of rubbish. Extra trash bags or clear instructions on where to take it would have helped. The bathroom is also very small and stays wet after showers, so using the toilet means dealing with a damp floor.

The neighborhood is quiet and has a lovely feel, and the room was comfortable for a good price. There’s a panoramic view, and you can walk to the old town in about 10 minutes. Parking is hard to find. The nearby streets are really steep and narrow, so think twice before driving up to the apartment :)
