Dinner was nice, and the receptionist was friendly. The reception counter was small, with the lift behind it, and only two people with their luggage could fit. Our room was tiny, the room number was very small too, and we couldn’t fit all our bags. The mattress was lumpy.

The staff were lovely, and breakfast was good. It takes about 15 minutes to drive from Sarajevo, but public transport is good and available. I’d stay here again.

Those 4⭐️ ratings don’t reflect our experience, and I highly do not recommend this place. If you’ve got money to throw away, sure, why not. The room in the photos wasn’t what we got. Ours was very small with a 45 degree ceiling, no air-conditioning, no hot water, no internet, and a broken mini bar. The staff were rude and aggressive. FYI, a short black coffee costs 2 euro.
