The apartment felt very private, and nobody can see inside when you're there. We loved the balcony too. The view was lovely enough that we were happy staying in, and we could see it from inside without going out or even getting near the window. It's close to the old market, cable cars, and other attractions. Walking to the market means going down about 50 stairs and climbing them again on the way back, but you get used to it :). I'd seen reviews saying it was hard to find by car, but we had no trouble getting a taxi back.

The location and view make it worth staying here. The main market is about a 10-minute walk away, and the heating is very good. We were in the basement apartment, though, and it smelled and wasn't very clean. There was no dishwasher, and not enough bed linens for our family of six. In winter, the road to the house is very icy and dangerous if you're driving.

We booked through Booking.com, and the location is excellent, about a 7-minute walk from Bascarsija in central Sarajevo. The house is new and comfortable, with underfloor heating and air conditioning. Hygiene was very poor, and the kitchen supplies weren't sufficient. There is a TV, but it's not smart and only has national channels. There's no dishwasher either.

Brother Mustafa was generous, helpful, and cooperative with us, may God reward him. The apartment is quiet and classic, very clean, and has all the kitchen supplies. The walls don't block sound, and there's only one air conditioner, in the living room. With the bedroom door shut at night, it gets stuffy.
