Hotel Night Heaven

The surroundings were nice, but room 608 was in such terrible condition that I can hardly put it into words.

The staff provided good service, but the furniture in the rooms is quite old. I also had repeated power cuts, and the lift stopped working a few times, which made the electrical service frustrating.

The location was the only thing I found worth mentioning. The place itself was pathetic. The lobby is a large waiting area, but it had just one pedestal fan and no AC or ceiling fans. The dining room was also hot, with fixed glass windows and no AC or ceiling fans. There were only two pedestal fans for a space that can seat 40 people, and we sweated through our meals. The washroom in the dining area was awful. A men's urinal was directly in front of the handwashing area. Four basins were badly untidy, with used tissues on the counters, dim lighting, and just one liquid soap pump. I felt like sanitizing my hands again after using them. Food wasn’t up to the mark either, and service was very slow. When the rice dish ran out, it took 10 minutes to refill it. Our room hadn’t been cleaned properly, and the curtains looked like they’d never been washed. The bathroom bulb was out and took hours to fix. There was no light switch by the entrance, so you had to walk in the dark to turn the lights on. They served a one-liter bottle of water without a glass, and getting a refill later took three hours. My impression of this place is pathetic.

It’s not always easy to get both comfort and a good price, but this place manages it. The balcony view is lovely, and the room feels comfortable, almost like home.
