The staff were consistently polite, cooperative, and professional, and the room itself was spacious, clean, and well kept. It was carpeted throughout, with a roadside view that included the elevated expressway. The hotel sits in busy, convenient Agrabad, Chittagong, right beside a Fire Service Station, which added to my sense of security. I stayed three nights in their only available Premier Room. They charged me 1,600 Tk instead of the usual BDT 2,000 per night, but breakfast wasn't included. For a premium room, having no geyser was inconvenient, so I had to use a water heater. The lift, which serves from the 3rd floor, was out of order, and I had to keep walking up and down to the 8th floor. The lighting around the hotel also felt dim and made the place less comfortable.

For the price, this hotel is decent value, and getting around is easy: it's right by the road and about a four-minute walk from Choumohony, where there’s plenty of public transport. I had a single budget room for half a day. It was clean, and they supplied a small towel, toothbrush and paste, and soap. There was no hot water.

I only stayed because I couldn't find another option at the time. The room was extremely cramped, and the service was inattentive and poor. Most of the amenities were in awful shape and clearly not maintained. It felt like the hotel cared about collecting rent more than providing proper facilities or making guests comfortable.

It's cool, and I had a good stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were helpful and polite. The hotel is conveniently placed near the main attractions, and the price feels like good value. Breakfast could be better.

Getting around for shopping and transit was easy from the hotel's convenient location. The room was comfortable, very clean, and well equipped. Breakfast had a nice range of choices and came promptly. The staff were the highlight for me, polite and attentive, and glad to arrange transport and offer local suggestions. The stay felt relaxing and was great value, with excellent service. I'd consider it suitable for business or leisure.
