The friendly, attentive staff made the stay stand out. From check-in through check-out, they were warm, professional, and helpful, and made me feel welcome and looked after. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out, a good place to unwind after a long day. The Peninsula Chittagong is cosy and well maintained, with good facilities and a central city location. Service was consistent, and I’d highly recommend it for business or leisure. One of the best hotels in Chittagong, in my view.

I really liked the food, especially the buffet breakfast at the Laguna Restaurant. The staff were friendly and well-mannered, and my room was cosy with a great city view. I had a very pleasant stay at the Peninsula Chittagong. Highly recommended.

There’s a café downstairs and an open bar on the rooftop, and they organize parties for different occasions. The restaurants are good too. It’s a well-decorated, secure place with modern amenities, right in the city center. Highly recommended for a stay.

It serves both business and leisure travelers, and has meeting rooms, banquet halls, and an events team for corporate needs. Security and guest service are maintained to a high standard. Rooms and suites come with high-speed internet, smart TVs, minibars, and 24-hour room service. There are several dining options for international and traditional food, plus a rooftop pool, spa, sauna, steam bath, and a fully equipped fitness center. It’s a leading four-star business hotel in Chittagong, with elegant hospitality and modern facilities.

The rooms are good and well maintained, but the service is only average. Reception is on level 3, which is a little confusing to reach, and the staff there are cordial but not very efficient. Parking out front is tiny, on the road, and a real problem. The hotel is in the heart of town, in a very crowded area.
