The hotel service is average, but the room wasn’t very good and the beds were uncomfortable. The windows all felt unsafe for changing clothes, especially for women.

I stayed with my family, and it was a terrible experience. Service was poor: nobody was at reception, so I had to call the hotel owner every time. Sometimes there was no water, which was annoying, and the staff didn’t seem trained. The restaurant was dirty and smelly, and breakfast was very poor, just egg omelet, dal or vegetables, and paratha. There’s no car parking on the hotel premises. I wouldn’t recommend staying here with family.

They make current guests leave before checkout time so they can serve new arrivals. The service and unprofessional behavior make this the worst hotel I’d pick for a stay in Chittagong. I’d encourage people to avoid it.
