I've come to Best Western Plus Runway several times for family get-togethers, buffet dinners, swimming, and staycations. The service has been consistently great on each visit, and the whole team deserves credit for their care and professionalism. A few staff members especially stood out. Md. Rashed was supportive and professional, while Biplob Chondro was warm and polite and made an effort to keep guests happy. Jahangir Alom handled conflicts courteously and well. Md. Sifat Islam was also very professional and quick to help resolve issues. Their attention to guests has made these visits memorable. I'd recommend the place.

The staff were a highlight of my stay at the Best Western Plus Runway. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, courteous, and ready to help make things comfortable. Its proximity to the airport made getting there and back easy. The hotel can arrange airport pickup and drop-off for a reasonable price, which saved me hassle and made both transitions smooth. Just WhatsApp the Hotel and an airport protocol staff member will come to assist. It was a great way to begin and finish my trip.

We spent a lot of our couple's staycation by the pool this time, and the spacious area had a relaxed feel. There's a bar section nearby, too. From the upper floors, the view felt like a peaceful break from the city's chaos, and the amenities were well maintained. The food tasted good and was presented nicely. I'd stayed at Best Western Runway before, on the night of my Akth, but hadn't explored the pool then. This visit was private, cozy, and comfortable, a memorable getaway for us. A good choice for couples wanting some time together.

I liked the food and the polite, helpful staff, and I plan to come back. Best Western Plus® Runway has luxury amenities, a rooftop pool, and dining views. Its central spot near the airport, highways, and city hotspots makes it convenient for time with loved ones. Just a note: don't choose places based on my experience. Liking a place or its food doesn't mean you'll like it too, so please keep that in mind.

Our Gaye Holud went smoothly thanks to the friendly, attentive staff, who were helpful throughout. The setting was beautiful for such a special day, and the food had a great range of delicious choices that our guests enjoyed. It was an amazing experience from beginning to end, and I couldn't have asked for a better venue. I'd recommend this hotel for special events.
