One of our guests spent 7 days at Hotel Crystal Rose, and I was impressed by what they told me. I own a nearby travel agency, so I’m careful about where I send clients. The staff were professional, attentive, and always happy to help. The rooms were clean and modern, and felt peaceful even in this central spot. Electric Supply Road also makes it easy for travelers to get around Sylhet. Thanks to the management for looking after our guest so well. It’s great having a dependable hotel next door, suitable for short or long stays.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything felt well organized. I stayed one day at Hotel Crystal Rose in Sylhet, in a neat, comfortable room with a smart TV. It was clean throughout, and I felt relaxed. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and tasty. A good option if you're visiting Sylhet.

Housekeeping felt sloppy, and I didn’t care for the breakfast menu. The service overall wasn’t satisfactory.
