The building is a bit old, though it's been decorated and cared for nicely, so it has a cozy, charming feel. What stood out most was how warm and polite everyone was. Shekhar Da, Abu Bakkar Bhai, and the room service team were especially kind and welcoming. I spent two days and two nights here, and I'd recommend it if you're after a mid-range hotel in Dhaka. It felt like a home away from home.

I booked a single room for one night. The sheets were clean, but the room was so dusty that I had a severe allergy attack and couldn't sleep.

The multilingual staff helped make the place feel like home, and I really appreciated that. They helped me book my next destination for a great deal, and the owner took time from a busy schedule to make sure I got the right bus. Their service, security, and cleanliness are top tier. I've stayed in more than 30 countries, and this is the best place I've stayed. I came for four nights last month after being told it was the best place to stay in Dhaka, and my return visit showed the quality is consistent. I'll be back next week.

There's lots of food and shopping nearby, and the price feels very reasonable for the place. It's actually an old house, and the rooms aren't especially clean or tidy, but the people have big hearts and serve you with a smile. They also cook for guests. Just ask for what you want and they'll make it within two hours.
