I paid in full for a reservation at City International Residence, Green Road, booked through Qantas via Expedia. When I arrived, reception refused to honor it, saying they don't accept reservations made on any website. Showing them the confirmation and payment proof made no difference. It felt misleading and completely unprofessional, almost like a scam, and makes me question the positive reviews here. A legitimate hotel listed on platforms like Expedia or Booking.com should honor those bookings. Avoid this place.

The location worked really well for me, close to what I needed but still quiet. My room was roomy, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful the whole time. Good service for the price. I'd recommend Hotel City International to people visiting the city.

The restaurant had a good range of local and international dishes, and everything I tried was delicious. The hotel itself was clean, quiet, and looked well cared for. It was also handy for major attractions, without being noisy at night. A wonderful stay. I'd happily come back, InshaAllah.

I especially liked the dining, both the food and the service were outstanding. The room was spotless, nicely designed, and comfortable in every way. Staff were warm and attentive throughout, and really went out of their way for me. A great experience from arrival to departure.

The bed was super comfortable, and the room was neat. Food was tasty and hygienic, too. Staff were polite, professional, and quick to respond. It was a peaceful, well-kept hotel in a convenient spot with easy access to nearby places. At ৳3,500 a night, it felt like a perfect stay. Highly recommend it, and I'd come back, InshaAllah.
