10/10
I found the rooms clean, comfortable, and well kept, and the hotel had a calm, welcoming feel. Staff were polite and professional, quick to help with requests, and the service was efficient. The fresh food at breakfast and the dining options were good too. Its convenient location made it easy to reach important areas of Sylhet, and for the location and service quality, I thought it was good value. I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Garden Inn and would recommend it as a comfortable, reliable place to stay. Looking forward to going back.

The rooms are big, with enough space for kids to play, and otherwise things are good. But there are way too many mosquitos. The owner, whose name I won't say, does nothing, and the service is awful. You don't even get WiFi.

I used to stay here continuously for over 30 days, but the hotel's condition now is really uncomfortable. Guests have gone more than two days without water, and the administration seems careless. The rooms and service are very bad, and the breakfast selection is poor too.

We went two full days without water, and the washroom quality was below average. The food wasn't good either. Staff behavior was poor, and they seemed indifferent to guests' concerns, with little professionalism. One of the worst experiences I've had. I hope I never have to go back.

The room was spacious and the room and service were good, with staff coordinating well. The interior is old, so I'd recommend it only if that doesn't bother you.
