Appart City Arlon

We stayed two nights and had a dreadful time. Drunk people were hanging around the rooms and hotel all day, bothering guests, and there was a bad smell throughout the place. Staff did nothing about it and ignored customer complaints. It didn’t feel safe or clean, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, especially families. Save your money. This was the worst place I’ve stayed.

Breakfast was nicely balanced and fairly priced, and the hotel is right in the heart of Arlon. The place was clean, too. We got a warm welcome, and the reception team, Yubba, Nassim, and Oiuame, were especially friendly.

We used this as a road motel for one night. Breakfast was spot on, and the service was fantastic, helpful and polite throughout. The rooms could do with a little maintenance, especially the shower.

The service was good, but the room was hot and there was no AC. With no screens on the window, opening it meant letting in mosquitoes. Noise carried in every direction, and the place felt cheap and poorly maintained. The shower was awful: the swinging glass partition and shower head placement sent water all over the floor. A clear patch on the mirror was labeled "no steam," which made my family worry it was a two way mirror. The sofa bed mattress seemed filthy, as if it hadn’t been washed in weeks. This is a budget hotel, and it works if all you need is a cheap place to sleep. For a peaceful, pleasant hotel, look elsewhere.
